In our more and more confusing world, in which social control and security are hot items, IDENTITY and IDENTIFICATION are daily issues.
In my new works I confront myself with the more and more experienced need of self - identification ; who am I and what am I. 
A psychological

identity relates to self-image (one's mental model of oneself), self-esteem, and individuality.

Gender identity f.i. forms an important part of identity, as it dictates to a significant degree how one views oneself both as a person and in relation to other people, ideas and nature.
